• Role & Company / Project Overview Dusun Bambu Outdoor Dining Resort in Bandung is hiring a Guest Relations Officer (GRO - Female) within the Marketing & Creative department to ensure exceptional guest experiences. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Welcome and engage guests, handling inquiries and providing high-standard guest relations. - Coordinate with the marketing team on on-site visitor activations and customer satisfaction. - Maintain brand standards and service quality across resort touchpoints. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Female candidate. - Minimum High School / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience. - Appearance & Attitude: Neat, well-groomed, professional, honest, and customer-oriented with a strong service mindset. - Skills & Communication: Excellent communication, strong teamwork, and adaptability. - Languages & Tech: Fluent in Indonesian; basic to active English skills and relevant software/technical skills are a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Dusun Bambu Outdoor Dining Resort, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. - Working Conditions: Willing to work in shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV to the designated recruitment email with subject format: Name - Position.
