• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring locally and looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering Department within an ultra-luxury resort environment in Bali. As a proactive, service-oriented leader, you will anticipate operational needs, prevent issues before they impact guests, and lead a highly efficient and responsive engineering team. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee the resort’s buildings, villas, facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. - Ensure the highest standards of safety, reliability, presentation, and operational excellence. - Lead, mentor, and coordinate a highly responsive resort engineering team. - Proactively manage preventative maintenance routines and handle troubleshooting. - Ensure full compliance with hospitality safety regulations and quality protocols. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven engineering management experience in luxury hospitality. - Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. - Strong technical, leadership, and organisational skills. - A proactive approach to preventative maintenance and problem-solving. - High standards of safety, quality, and meticulous attention to detail. - Local hiring qualification in Bali. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bali, Indonesia. - Work environment: On-site luxury resort. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary Package: IDR 8,900,000 – IDR 14,700,000 per month. • Application Instructions: - Submit application via recruiter channels.
