• Role & Company / Project Overview: Sai Overseas Consultancy (Approved by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India) is seeking an experienced Biryani Cook for a leading restaurant group in Bahrain. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Specialize in preparing and cooking authentic dum biryanis and specialty rice dishes in commercial batches. - Measure spices, prepare meat and vegetable marinades, and control cooking fire/dum process. - Ensure consistent aroma, flavor, portioning, and presentation of biryani dishes. - Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a Biryani Cook or specialist in Indian restaurants. - Deep knowledge of authentic spice blends, rice cooking techniques, and bulk cooking. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Hours: 9-hour duty per day. - Weekly off provided. - Job Location: Bahrain. - Client Interview Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India on 29th October 2026 (Thursday). • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: 130 to 150 BD (Bahraini Dinar) per month. - Duty meals provided. - Company accommodation provided. - Transportation provided. - Medical insurance provided. • Application Instructions: - Contact the agency or attend the client interview in Dehradun with relevant culinary documents.
