• Role & Company / Project Overview: Sai Overseas Consultancy (Approved by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India) is hiring for a leading restaurant group in Bahrain. We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Cook to handle tandoori preparations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Operate the tandoor oven safely and efficiently. - Prepare, marinate, skewer, and grill various tandoori kebabs, tikkas, meats, and tandoori breads. - Monitor cooking temperatures and maintain consistent taste, texture, and quality. - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the tandoor station. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Hands-on experience as a Tandoor Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setup. - Expertise in marinations, skewering, and tandoor temperature management. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Hours: 9-hour duty per day. - Weekly off provided. - Job Location: Bahrain. - Client Interview Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India on 29th October 2026 (Thursday). • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: 130 to 150 BD (Bahraini Dinar) per month. - Duty meals provided. - Company accommodation provided. - Transportation provided. - Medical insurance provided. • Application Instructions: - Attend client interviews in Dehradun or submit application via email.
