Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – QA (Electrical) for a full-time role in the Electrical Panel & Switchgear Manufacturing industry. The role entails leading Quality Assurance operations across three manufacturing locations (Badli, Mansa, and Jhajjar) and driving quality systems, process control, customer quality, supplier quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across LV/MV switchgear and electrical panel manufacturing. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead QA operations across 3 manufacturing locations (Badli, Mansa, Jhajjar) • Drive process audits, quality systems, control plans, and standardization • Ensure quality compliance across panel manufacturing, wiring, assembly, testing, and PDI • Handle customer inspections, customer complaints, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) • Monitor quality MIS, dashboards, First Pass Yield (FPY), rejection, rework, and defect trends • Lead quality improvement initiatives utilizing 7 QC Tools, Pareto analysis, SPC, FMEA, and Kaizen • Conduct supplier audits and drive supplier quality improvement • Ensure full compliance with applicable electrical standards and customer requirements • Lead and mentor QA/QC teams and coordinate seamlessly with Production, Engineering, Projects, and Procurement departments Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 14–18 years (or 12–18 years) of relevant Quality Assurance experience in electrical panel / switchgear manufacturing • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering • Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV switchgear and electrical panels • Demonstrated experience with PCC, MCC, DB, Control/Relay, and MV panels • Strong understanding of manufacturing, testing, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) processes • Thorough knowledge of IEC 61439, IEC 62271-200, IEC 60529, and IS standards • Solid background in managing customer complaints, RCA, CAPA, audits, and supplier quality • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills • Preferred: Prior experience with organizations such as ABB, L&T, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Eaton, CG Power, Legrand, or similar electrical manufacturing companies Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Employment Type: Full-Time • Base Location: Badli, Haryana, India • Operational Coverage: Badli, Mansa, and Jhajjar units Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV via email.
