Role & Company / Project Overview Hetero Labs Ltd is hiring an experienced professional for the position of QA Manager in the Quality Assurance (OSD) department at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Independently lead and manage one OSD manufacturing block • Handle core Quality Assurance activities, including IPQA and QMS • Ensure effective implementation of cGMP, GLP and regulatory requirements • Monitor in-process quality activities and manufacturing operations • Review and approve BMRs, BPRs and other batch-related documents • Ensure implementation and compliance with SOPs and quality systems • Handle deviations, investigations, CAPA and change controls • Coordinate with Production, QC, Engineering and other cross-functional departments • Ensure readiness for regulatory audits and customer inspections • Monitor line clearance, process compliance and shop-floor quality activities • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen the site's quality systems • Lead, guide and develop the QA team to ensure effective departmental performance Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 12–14 Years • Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma • Strong expertise in OSD manufacturing, IPQA, QMS, CAPA, and regulatory audit compliance Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Hetero Labs Ltd., Baddi, Himachal Pradesh (Onsite) Compensation & Benefits • Not specified (Candidates requested to provide Current CTC and Expected CTC) Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated CV via WhatsApp along with details: Current CTC, Expected CTC, and Notice Period
