Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the entire cashew processing operation from raw cashew nuts (RCN) to finished kernels. This role is responsible for ensuring strict control over productivity, quality, and operational efficiency within an international agricultural commodities business. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and supervise the complete cashew production process end-to-end, covering all stages: receiving, sorting, steaming/cooking, shelling/cutting, peeling/drying, color sorting, manual grading, and packaging. - Control production output, product quality, recovery rates, breakage, and processing losses (tính toán đầu vào - đầu ra, kiểm soát hao hụt). - Analyze yield, recovery, breakage, inventory balance, and material allocation across production stages. - Lead, manage, and train production floor teams; supervise machine and labor productivity. - Coordinate closely with Quality Control (QC), Maintenance, Warehouse, and factory management. - Manage finished goods by grade, ensuring full product traceability and adherence to quality standards. - Propose process improvement solutions to optimize workflows and enhance overall plant operational efficiency. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the cashew processing industry. - Strong, comprehensive understanding of the complete processing workflow from RCN to finished kernels and cashew quality standards/grades. - Proven track record supervising stages including shelling/cutting, peeling, color sorting, grading, and packing. - Solid knowledge of yield management, recovery optimization, loss reduction, and input-output balancing. - Proven factory-floor leadership, team management, and shop-floor operational skills. - Proficient in reporting, data analysis, and advanced Excel or equivalent tools. - Good command of English is a mandatory requirement. - Responsible, detail-oriented, and focused on production efficiency and yield recovery. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-time. - Location: Bù Đốp, Bình Phước, Vietnam. - Willingness to work full-time on-site in Bu Dop, Binh Phuoc. • Compensation & Benefits - Attractive salary plus performance-based incentives / bonuses. - Stable, long-term employment. - Clear career progression and professional development opportunities in an international agricultural commodities enterprise. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to apply by submitting their resume via phone/Zalo or email using the contact details provided.
