Role & Company / Project Overview: Vitalhunt Global Solutions Private Limited is hiring a Profit Centre Head – Raw Cashew Nut (RCN) to lead business operations and drive profitability in Ghana. This senior leadership role has end-to-end responsibility for sourcing, commodity trading, procurement, supply chain, and complete P&L management. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead RCN business strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and P&L. - Drive global sourcing and procurement across Africa and Asia. - Manage commodity trading, pricing, market trends, and supplier relationships. - Oversee supply chain, logistics, processing coordination, and team performance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of experience in Cashew / RCN / Agri-Commodities. - Strong experience in sourcing, procurement, trading, and commercial negotiations. - Proven P&L ownership and business leadership experience. - Exposure to African and Asian markets.
