Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Chinese-speaking Overseas Desktop Engineer to provide on-site IT support across office and production environments in Ayutthaya, Thailand. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, IT systems, software, and drivers • Provide first-line IT support for office and production users • Handle hardware maintenance, device setup, distribution, and inventory • Manage IT assets, including recovery, maintenance, and disposal processes • Install operating systems and work-related software • Troubleshoot routine IT and network issues and escalate complex cases when needed • Support network security, firewall configuration, and IT security policies • Coordinate with internet service providers to resolve connectivity issues • Provide users with basic IT guidance and support Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Science, or a related field • 0–2 years of relevant IT / Desktop Support experience • GPA: 3.0/4.0 or above (Honors graduate preferred/required) • Basic knowledge of IT terminal operation and maintenance • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Responsible, hardworking, and able to adapt to overtime when required • Proficient in Chinese and Thai Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Ayutthaya, Thailand • Work Mode: On-site • Work Schedule: 8 hours/day | 5 days/week • Saturday: Shift work Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: 23,000–25,000 THB/month Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV via DM or reach out to the recruiter directly.
