Role & Company / Project Overview: Hader Institute of Education (RTO 45162) is expanding its training team and seeking experienced, passionate Trainers & Assessors to share industry expertise and deliver quality vocational education across business, management, community services, and specialist disciplines. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver quality vocational training and assessment to students enrolled in accredited courses. - Support learners to achieve their professional goals with enthusiasm and a learner-focused approach. - Conduct assessments meeting Australian VET sector standards and regulatory requirements. - Maintain up-to-date learning records and compliance documentation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or a recognised equivalent meeting current requirements). - Relevant vocational qualifications and demonstrated industry experience in one or more of the following target disciplines: • Business & Management: BSB40420 – Certificate IV in Human Resource Management, BSB50320 – Diploma of Human Resource Management, BSB41419 – Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, BSB50820 – Diploma of Project Management • Community Services & Specialist Areas: CHC41015 – Certificate IV in Celebrancy, CHC43415 – Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, CHC53415 – Diploma of Leisure and Health - Current industry skills and verified vocational competency. - Demonstrated experience in training and assessing within the Australian VET sector. - Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting adult learners. - Experience in online training and assessment is highly regarded.
