Role & Company / Project Overview: ANZ is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Functional Consultant (SAP SF Capabilities) to support and enhance key HR processes including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, and Employee Central. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Gather and analyse business requirements • Conduct fit-gap analysis and solution design workshops • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions • Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams • Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities • Support continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement initiatives Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Total Experience: 8-12+ years • Relevant Experience: 5+ years • Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations as Lead Functional Consultant • Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management (Performance & Goals, Succession, Learning & Development) and Employee Central (EC) • Strong HR Processes and HCM knowledge • Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design • Stakeholder management and business consulting experience with global stakeholders and enterprise HR transformation projects • Expertise in UAT, SIT, testing, defect management, deployment, and hypercare • Exposure to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Centre • Strong communication and presentation skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Australia • Employment Type: Full-Time • Working Mode: Hybrid • Notice Period: 0-30 days (serving notice period is preferred) Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their profiles for consideration.
