Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an Agile Data Migration Expert to lead and execute complex data migration initiatives in an Agile delivery framework. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop data migration strategies, mappings, conversion logic, and automated ETL pipelines across legacy and modern platforms. - Collaborate within Agile sprint cycles to plan, execute, validate, and troubleshoot data migration increments. - Perform extensive data validation, data profiling, reconciliation, and integrity checks. - Coordinate with business analysts, database administrators, and application teams to ensure seamless data transition. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven expertise in enterprise data migration methodologies, ETL processes, and database management. - Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments. - Work authorization eligibility restricted to Green Card (GC) and US Citizens (USC) only.
