Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in Supply Chain Transformation and Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead end-to-end supply chain and IP&R programs. - Drive inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies. - Manage cross-functional teams, program roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines. - Improve inventory availability, service levels, forecast accuracy, and supply chain processes. - Lead system implementations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. - Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and supply chain stakeholders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of professional experience. - Strong experience in Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R). - Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, safety stock, and supply chain planning. - Proven program management and supply chain transformation experience. - Experience with RELEX, Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, or Oracle Retail Planning is preferred. - Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Visa / Work Authorization: US Citizen, H-1B, Green Card (GC), or H-4 EAD. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Atlanta, GA, USA. - Work Mode: Onsite – 5 Days a week. - Job Type: Full-Time. • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via the provided contact email.
