• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Menswear Retail Operations Manager in Amman, Jordan. This role requires a leader with proven expertise in the menswear retail market who can turn sales into tangible results, drive exceptional team performance, and build trust-driven customer retail experiences. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Provide full leadership and direct oversight for the operation and management of menswear retail stores and branch chains. - Drive and grow sales volumes and branch profitability through effective operational and commercial sales plans. - Lead, manage, develop, and discipline store teams while continuously elevating performance standards. - Monitor inventory flow, track merchandise movement, and conduct in-depth analysis of best-selling and slow-moving items. - Guarantee strict compliance with customer service excellence standards and commercial brand identity across all store branches. - Interpret menswear fashion and market trends to translate them into successful, profitable business decisions. - Formulate, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions that achieve targets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in managing menswear retail stores or retail chain operations. - Strong, proven knowledge of the regional menswear retail market, apparel trends, and merchandising. - Inspiring leadership profile with demonstrated ability to recruit, train, motivate, and guide high-performing teams. - Deep expertise in sales data analytics, inventory management, and hitting aggressive commercial targets. - Advanced decision-making, operational problem-solving, and day-to-day retail execution skills. - Bachelor's degree or higher in Fashion, Apparel, Business Administration, or an equivalent relevant discipline. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Amman, Amman Governorate, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (On-site retail operations management). • Application Instructions: - Qualified candidates matching all specified criteria are invited to submit their resumes via LinkedIn messaging or official WhatsApp messaging.
