Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Worx Outsourcing is hiring an MEP Technical Manager for projects in Algeria to manage and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering disciplines across high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and coordinate HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering works for high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality developments. - Own and oversee project technical planning, engineering budgets, vendors, and consultants. - Review technical submissions, ensure compliance with design specifications, and solve complex site engineering challenges. - Enforce compliance with HSE and IMS policies across all MEP disciplines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 10 years of overall engineering experience, including at least 5 years in the MEP industry. - Demonstrated expertise in managing MEP for high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. - Working knowledge of ERP systems. - 2 years of GCC experience is a plus. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Commitment to HSE and IMS policies. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Algeria (Onsite). - Working Hours: 10 working hours per day (including a 1-hour break). - Schedule: One day off per week. • Compensation & Benefits: - Attractive salary. - Hardship allowance. - Accommodation provided. - Transportation and food provided. • Application Instructions: - Send your CV via email with the subject line specifying the job title applied for.
