• Role & Company / Project Overview: Worx Outsourcing is seeking an experienced General Foreman – Electrical for project execution in Algeria, overseeing daily site installations and electrical crews. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Conduct daily site supervision of electrical installation works. - Coordinate field workforce, assign site tasks, and monitor labor productivity. - Enforce complete compliance with site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and IMS policies. - Verify installation progress against site schedules and engineering drawings. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience, including at least 3 years of relevant electrical foreman experience. - Knowledge of ERP systems. - 2 years of GCC experience is a plus. - Strong leadership, site coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Strict dedication to HSE and IMS policies. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Algeria (Onsite). - Working Hours: 10 working hours per day (including a 1-hour break). - Schedule: One day off per week. • Compensation & Benefits: - Attractive salary. - Hardship allowance. - Accommodation provided. - Transportation and food provided. • Application Instructions: - Submit your CV via email indicating the job title in the subject line.
