### Role & Company / Project Overview Tasheed Developments is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer – Technical Office to join its engineering department in Alexandria, Egypt. This role supports the technical delivery of prestigious real estate and construction projects. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Review, check, and generate structural and civil shop drawings, reinforcement details, and technical documentation. • Prepare detailed quantity surveying, civil material take-offs, and verification of subcontractor and client invoices. • Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), review method statements, and coordinate technical submittals with consultant specifications. • Work closely with site civil engineers to address design modifications and resolve technical discrepancies. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. • Solid senior background in civil technical office operations and structural documentation for construction projects. • Strong expertise in structural detailing, quantity surveying, and industry standard engineering software. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Alexandria, Egypt (Onsite / Technical Office). ### Application Instructions Eligible candidates should submit their CVs through the provided email address or via WhatsApp.
