### Role & Company / Project Overview Tasheed Developments, a prominent real estate development company, is hiring an experienced Senior Architectural Engineer – Technical Office for its ongoing projects in Alexandria, Egypt. The position involves delivering precise architectural engineering solutions for community-scale developments. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Review, develop, and finalize detailed architectural shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built plans. • Prepare architectural material submittals, specifications, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates. • Coordinate architectural technical submittals with MEP and civil/structural engineering disciplines to avoid spatial clashes. • Liaise with site engineering teams and contractors to clarify technical requests and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information). ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering. • Proven senior-level experience in technical office engineering within construction or real estate development. • High proficiency in architectural drafting software and technical design tools. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Alexandria, Egypt (Onsite / Office). ### Application Instructions Qualified applicants are requested to submit their updated CVs through the provided email or WhatsApp contacts.
