### Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for skilled and creative Filipino Baristas (3 openings) located in Al Khobar. The role is suitable for individuals who can join immediately to deliver premium specialty coffee experiences. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Prepare specialty coffee drinks with high precision, speed, and consistency. • Develop and craft new drinks, seasonal beverages, and signature menu items. • Implement menu engineering practices and continuously improve best-selling coffee products. • Maintain the highest bar standards, including cleanliness, hygiene, preparation speed, and drink quality. • Oversee and handle bar operations effectively while supporting and collaborating with team members. • Deliver outstanding customer service under high-pressure bar environments. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Male, Filipino candidates required. • Strong, proven experience in specialty coffee preparation. • Demonstrated skills in creating innovative and seasonal beverage recipes. • Practical knowledge of menu engineering and product optimization. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent customer relations. • Immediate availability to join. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia (onsite). ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Negotiable. • Comprehensive benefits provided: Housing and transportation included. ### Application Instructions • Submit your CV directly to the recruiter for immediate consideration.
