Role & Company / Project Overview: Coca-Cola Al Ahlia Beverages Company L.L.C is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the team based in Al Ain, UAE. The role focuses on quality assurance, microbiological testing, food safety, and FMCG operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead sensory, physical-chemical, and microbiological testing across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods • Execute and document analyses in line with ISO 22000, GMP, GLP, HACCP (PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs), and internal Quality & Food Safety standards • Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP/GLP visual standards, and continuous process improvements • Monitor online product quality and ensure compliance of intermediate, semi-finished, and finished goods • Elevate lab performance through internal control plans, equipment calibration, and end-to-end inventory management of chemicals, media, and QC instruments • Manage MPoH, Baladhitya, and third-party audits, driving findings closure, corrective and preventive actions, and employee training Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Preferably with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or Food Technology • 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry • Proven experience in quality assurance, microbiological testing, food safety, and FMCG operations Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Al Ain, UAE (Onsite) Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit their CV directly via email.
