• Role & Company / Project Overview: Uchit Jobs is hiring a Senior Engineer – Mechanical Design & Development (System Integration) for an industrial ventilating equipment manufacturing company specializing in industrial fans and blowers. This role offers technical leadership beyond individual design tasks, driving products from concept to production through system integration, advanced FEA, design optimization, validation, and cross-functional product development. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead mechanical system integration and end-to-end product development - Drive advanced finite element analysis (FEA) and structural/design optimization - Develop mechanical components and integrated systems for fans, blowers, heat exchangers, and gearboxes - Apply GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, DFM/DFA, and DFMEA/PFMEA methodologies - Coordinate seamlessly with CAD, CFD, manufacturing, testing, suppliers, and customers - Mentor junior FEA engineers and guide R&D engineering activities - Take full ownership of technical activities and validation from concept through to final production • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Educational Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering - Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience - Core Competencies: Mechanical Design, System Integration, Product Development, Advanced FEA, GD&T, DFM/DFA, DFMEA/PFMEA, Fans & Blowers, Heat Exchangers, Gearboxes, ASME/ISO standards, Testing & Validation - Technical leadership and junior mentoring capabilities • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India - Work Mode: Work from Office - Working Days: Monday to Saturday - Joining Timeline: Within 2–3 weeks after interview qualification • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: INR 10,00,000 to INR 12,00,000 per annum (10 LPA - 12 LPA) • Application Instructions: - Submit resume and application through the provided portal or official contact channels
