Role & Company / Project Overview: JOBKREATORS (Recruitment and Consultancy) is hiring for the position of HR Recruiter in Agra. Candidates will be part of a dynamic talent acquisition and consultancy team handling recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidate profiles according to hiring mandates. • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with prospective candidates. • Managing recruitment pipelines and communication for client hiring requirements. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Pursuing students, freshers, and HR experienced candidates are eligible to apply. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Basic knowledge of HR processes, sourcing methods, and talent acquisition. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday. • Work Mode: Work From Office (Onsite). • Location: Sikandra, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹5,000 to ₹22,000 per month (based on role, profile, and experience).
