Role & Company / Project Overview: JOBKREATORS Recruitment & Consultancy is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as HR Interns to build and grow their careers in Human Resources and recruitment in Agra. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Assist in sourcing and screening candidates. - Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. - Support the recruitment team in daily operational and hiring activities. - Learn recruitment processes and HR operations. - Maintain candidate records and follow up on applications. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Eligibility: Pursuing students and freshers interested in HR and recruitment. - Good communication skills. - Willingness to learn and grow in HR. - Basic computer knowledge. - Positive attitude and teamwork. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Days: Monday to Saturday. - Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). - Location: Sikandra, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. Compensation & Benefits: - Salary/stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹22,000 per month, depending on role, experience, and skills. - Practical exposure to recruitment and HR operations in the HR domain. - Learning and career growth opportunities. - Supportive working environment.
