• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead (Performance, CRO & Project Manager) to join our team on-site in Agra. This is a full-time role suited for an experienced marketer with an agency background preferred. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Project & Client Leadership: Lead client accounts, manage cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, developers), and drive high client retention. - CRO & Funnel Optimization: Audit and optimize Shopify & WordPress sites using heatmaps (Hotjar/Clarity), A/B testing, and checkout flow redesigns to boost AOV and conversion rates. - Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and scale high-ROAS ad campaigns across Meta Ads (CBO, Advantage+) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, CRO, and client account management (agency background preferred). - Mastery of Shopify (apps, PageFly/GemPages) and WordPress (Elementor, speed optimization). - Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and GTM. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time - Location: On-Site in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Drop your CV and portfolio showcasing your ROAS and CRO wins via the provided contact email or phone / WhatsApp.
