Role & Company / Project Overview: Royal International Staffing is hiring a Planning and Execution Engineer for an EPC Solar Rooftop Project in Agartala, Tripura. No recruitment fees are charged to candidates. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Plan, schedule, track, and execute project milestones for solar rooftop installations. • Monitor site progress against baseline schedules, track project deliverables, and optimize resource allocation. • Coordinate between cross-functional engineering teams, contractors, and project stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering. • Experience: 2 to 5 years in project planning and execution in EPC / solar rooftop domains. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Onsite role based in Agartala, Tripura, India. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month. • Accommodation provided. • Petrol allowance provided. • No other DA/TA provided.
