• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Solar Site Engineer with dedicated experience in the solar energy industry to join our team in Bangalore. This is an urgent requirement with a preference for candidates who can join immediately. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee site execution, testing, and commissioning of rooftop or utility-scale solar PV projects. - Direct daily field operations, subcontractor workflows, and technical site teams. - Ensure strict adherence to solar installation standards, quality control, and safety protocols. - Coordinate material movement, conduct site surveys, and submit progress reports. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Industry Experience: Prior hands-on experience in the Solar Industry is strictly required. - Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering. - Strong expertise in solar PV systems, inverter setups, line diagrams, and grid connections. - Availability: Must be available to join immediately. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Work Mode: Onsite / Site Execution. • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: ₹45,000 to ₹50,000 per month (₹6 LPA). • Application Instructions - If you meet the criteria, please share your updated resume or comment with your details.
