Role & Company / Project Overview: Dimensions HRD Consultants is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join the talent acquisition team in Abu Dhabi, catering to the Hospitality, Airlines, and Cruise industries. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Own the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure. - Source candidates actively through hospitality, airline, and cruise recruitment networks. - Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and training institutes. - Coordinate multi-branch walk-in drives and on-site interviews across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. - Maintain a ready pipeline of pre-screened and service-trained candidates. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 8 to 10 years of pure Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience. - Domain Expertise: Strong background in high-volume hospitality, airline, or cruise recruitment. - Tools & Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals; thorough knowledge of UAE labour regulations. - Additional Requirements: UAE driving license preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (with recruitment drive coordination across Abu Dhabi and Dubai). - Work Mode: On-site. Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified.
