Role & Company / Project Overview: Limitless Recruitment is seeking experienced and service-driven Waiters and Waitresses to join a prestigious Mediterranean fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service standards and creating memorable dining experiences for an international and VIP clientele. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver personalized, intuitive, and exceptional guest dining experiences conforming to luxury hospitality standards. • Apply fine dining etiquette, formal banquet and table service techniques with precision and discretion. • Serve VIPs, high-profile guests, and international clientele with confidence and utmost professionalism. • Maintain impeccable grooming, table presentation, and positive teamwork across the front-of-house operations. • Present food and beverage menus with comprehensive knowledge of ingredients, culinary techniques, and wine/beverage pairings. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a luxury fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotel/resort in the UAE. • Mandatory requirement: Fluency in English, plus fluency in one additional European, Latin American, CIS language, or Afrikaans. • Currently based in the UAE and fully available for a face-to-face interview and trial shift in Abu Dhabi. • Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, luxury hospitality standards, and professional service techniques. • Experience serving VIPs, high-profile guests, and international clientele with confidence and discretion. • Genuine passion for personalized, intuitive, and exceptional guest experiences. • Excellent communication skills and a warm, polished, professional approach. • Impeccable grooming, presentation, and positive, team-oriented attitude. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. • Shift Structure: 1 day off per week. • Housing & Transport: Candidates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and transportation. Compensation & Benefits: • Monthly salary: AED 5,000. • Service charge. • Tips. • Visa sponsorship. • Medical insurance. • Uniform provided. • 30 days annual leave + public holidays. • Annual flight ticket allowance.
