### Role & Company / Project Overview An Italian fine dining restaurant is preparing for the upcoming season in top 5-star hotels in Dubai, UAE, and is hiring a passionate Head Waiter to be part of the opening team. The venue serves authentic Italian cuisine in a refined, luxury setting, presenting an exciting career opportunity in a leading global hospitality destination. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Help manage a team of runners. • Resolve and follow up on guest complaints promptly and professionally. • Deliver refined, seamless dining experiences aligned with five-star hospitality and Forbes standards. • Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently. • Maintain cleanliness and perfect table setup before, during, and after service. • Anticipate and respond to guest needs with high professionalism, precision, and speed. • Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Previous experience in upscale restaurants or luxury hotels, preferably as a Head Waiter. • Passion for authentic Italian cuisine. • Knowledge of Forbes standards. • Strong communication skills with an unwavering guest-first mindset. • Excellent grooming and strong attention to detail. • Ability to stay calm, composed, and professional under high-pressure service environments. • Italian language proficiency is a strong plus. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. • Contract Type: Single Status. • Work Setting: Luxury 5-star hotel restaurant venue. ### Compensation & Benefits • Basic Salary: AED 5,500 per month (including accommodation). • Service charge and tips. • Accommodation provided (single room). • Transportation provided. • Flight ticket upon joining and relocation support. • Flight ticket provided every 2 years. • Medical insurance coverage. • Visa sponsorship. ### Application Instructions • Send your CV via email with the subject line 'WAITER ITALIAN FINE DINING'.
