• Role & Company / Project Overview An Engineering Consultancy based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a talented and experienced Filipino Architect to join its engineering consultancy team. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop and deliver architectural design for villas and various building types. - Handle 3D modelling, rendering, and high-quality architectural presentations. - Coordinate designs and submissions aligned with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), MEPS, and TAMM systems. - Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, design standards, and municipal guidelines. - Collaborate across engineering and consultancy teams to ensure seamless project delivery. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. - Relevant architectural experience in the UAE. - Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), MEPS & TAMM system. - Proven experience in architectural design for villas and various building types. - Skilled in 3D modelling, rendering, and architectural presentations. - Knowledge of Abu Dhabi building regulations and design standards. - Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details On-site engineering consultancy role located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. • Compensation & Benefits Not specified. • Application Instructions Interested applicants may send their updated CV and portfolio via WhatsApp or email.
