Role & Company / Project Overview: Biobloom Company Limited is seeking a proactive Store Lead to manage operations and guide our team within our pharmacy retail network. This role is ideal for a responsible leader looking to drive branch performance and maintain exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise daily retail pharmacy store operations and oversee frontline staff including cashiers, sales personnel, and aides. • Monitor inventory management, product replenishment, stock auditing, and store cleanliness. • Drive customer service excellence and handle escalated inquiries or operational challenges. • Coordinate with management to meet operational targets and sales goals. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in store supervision, retail pharmacy, or retail outlet leadership. • Strong team coordination, leadership, and operational problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Myanmar (Yangon / local branch operations). • Working arrangement: Onsite retail store supervision.
