Job description

Peace Engineering Co., Ltd. is hiring for the positions of Quantity Surveyor (MEP), Executive Quantity Surveyor (MEP), and Assistant Manager - Quantity Surveyor (MEP) based in Botahtaung Township, Yangon. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Sunday, alternate Saturdays, and public holidays off. Transportation support is provided. Key responsibilities and requirements include holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, alongside hands-on experience in construction, M&E, commercial projects, tendering, estimating, or cost control. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of BOQ, tender costing, project budgets, contracts, variation orders, and claims. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and relevant estimating/quantity surveying tools is required. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure. For the Assistant Manager level, demonstrated leadership and team-management capabilities are required.
