Role & Company / Project Overview: DevCare Solutions is looking for an Operational Intelligence / Monitoring Specialist to join the team in Westerville, Ohio. This onsite opportunity is open to freshers with relevant technical foundation, strong analytical skills, and eagerness to develop operational monitoring capabilities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Monitor IT infrastructure, system performance, and operational services using enterprise monitoring platforms. • Review dashboards, analyze alerts, and identify system anomalies or emerging performance bottlenecks. • Assist in incident management, triage operational issues, and support tier-one troubleshooting procedures. • Inspect system logs, assess operational metrics, and generate detailed performance reports. • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure optimal system uptime and operational reliability.
