• Role & Company / Project Overview Marsco Nutraceuticals Private Limited, an ISO 9001:2015, WHO-GMP & HACCP certified manufacturer and marketer of Animal and Aquaculture Feed Supplements incubated by NFDB, MANAGE & SKUAST-J, is hiring Aqua Technicians across West Bengal to drive ground-level demand and technical farmer support. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Generate demand for aquaculture feeds and feed supplements among shrimp and fish farmers - Conduct on-site field demonstrations highlighting product benefits and proper application practices - Execute direct sales and generate regular leads across assigned local farming clusters - Build and maintain strong rapport with local aquaculture farmers and regional retailers - Provide basic technical advice and product recommendations to improve pond yield • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 2 to 5 years of field experience in aquaculture sales or technical services - Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales - Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Track record in establishing trust and ongoing engagement with farmers and field stakeholders - High initiative and capability to perform field tasks independently as well as within a team - Willingness to travel extensively across rural and coastal field locations in West Bengal • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Field areas across West Bengal, India - Work Type: Full-time Field Operations • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Best in market standards - Attractive performance-based incentives - Professional growth opportunities in an expanding organization • Application Instructions - Submit your updated CV directly via the provided recruitment email address or contact numbers
