Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: HRP Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Liaison Officer to support City Gas Distribution (CGD) projects across West Bengal. The position focuses on statutory approvals, government coordination, and local stakeholder relationship management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Coordinate with government departments and local authorities for project permissions - Liaise with Gram Panchayats, municipalities, district administration, police, PWD, and other agencies - Obtain permissions and NOCs for pipeline laying, road cutting, road restoration, and utility crossings - Prepare and submit formal applications and documentation to government authorities - Follow up on statutory approvals, maintain trackers, build relationships with stakeholders, and resolve local issues • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Graduate in any discipline (Engineering / Law preferred) - Minimum 2+ to 3+ years of experience in liaisoning, government coordination, or infrastructure projects - Knowledge of CGD, oil & gas, pipeline, power, telecom, or utility projects preferred - Knowledge of Bengali and local areas of West Bengal - Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills - Willingness to travel across project locations in West Bengal • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: West Bengal, India (requires traveling across project sites) - Full-time onsite/field infrastructure role • Compensation & Benefits: - Remuneration aligned with industry standards and candidate's experience • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated CV to the recruiter email provided, specifying position applied for, current location, total experience, current CTC, and expected CTC
