We are hiring a Funeral Services Advisor for a part-time role in Watford. The position involves 18.75 hours per week: Wednesday 12:45pm-5pm, Thursday & Friday 9am-5pm. Duties include preparation, transportation, and personal care of the deceased with professionalism, dignity, respect, and adherence to health and safety standards. You will build positive relationships with clients, support them in person and over the phone, arrange family visits, answer questions, and maintain a clean and welcoming funeral home. No previous experience in the funeral industry is required as full training and ongoing support are provided.
