Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Oracle EPM with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting to support enterprise financial applications and production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Oracle Cloud EPM production support, financial close processes, troubleshooting, integrations, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide production support for Oracle EPM applications, including ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting. • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities. • Investigate and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application performance issues. • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and collaborate with L3 teams to implement permanent fixes. • Troubleshoot data load failures, reconciliation issues, consolidation errors, and reporting failures. • Support security, user provisioning, workflows, and approval process issues. • Monitor and support integrations between Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and external systems. • Maintain support documentation, SOPs, knowledge repositories, and operational procedures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Total Experience: 12+ years total experience with 8+ years of relevant experience. • Must-Have Skills: Oracle EPM ARCS, Oracle EPM FCCS, and Oracle EPM Narrative Reporting. • Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with other Oracle EPM modules; Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS / FCCS Certification. • Certification: Not mandatory, but Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS or FCCS certification is a plus. • Candidate Profile Experience: Strong background in Oracle Cloud EPM, Financial Close & Consolidation, Production/Application Support, Data Loads & Reconciliations, EPM Integrations, Security & User Provisioning, Workflow & Approval Processes, and Root Cause Analysis & Incident Management. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Warren, NJ 07059 / Other Infosys Offices (Hybrid model). • Duration: 6 Months Contract.
