• Role & Company / Project Overview: A leading tyre company is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join its team as Service Engineers / Fleet Service Specialists in Wardha, Maharashtra. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Service engineering and fleet tyre service management - Technical support and service advisory for commercial vehicle tyres and truck fleet operations • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Qualification: Any graduate; preferably ITI, Diploma, B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production - Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in the commercial tyre industry or as an advisor at a truck service dealership (Freshers are also welcome) - Skills: Good learning ability, tech-savvy, and a team player • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Wardha, Maharashtra - Onsite role • Compensation & Benefits: - Experienced Candidates: Take-home salary up to ₹25,000 based on interview; Incentives up to ₹5,000 per month based on performance; PF & ESI benefits - Freshers: Salary based on interview; Incentives up to ₹5,000 per month based on performance; PF & ESI benefits - Additional Benefits: Mediclaim benefits • Application Instructions: Share updated resume mentioning preferred job location in the application.
