Role & Company / Project Overview: MARA Recruit is currently recruiting B1 Licensed Engineers with B737NG/MAX type ratings for a permanent base maintenance position in Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B1 Engineer looking for a long-term position offering an attractive package and outstanding work-life balance. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform and certify B1 base maintenance tasks on B737NG and B737MAX aircraft • Carry out routine inspections, defect rectification, scheduled maintenance, and modifications in accordance with base maintenance standards • Adhere strictly to aviation safety standards, EWIS, Fuel Tank Safety, and Human Factors regulations • Complete aircraft technical logs, maintenance reports, and relevant documentation accurately Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Must hold a valid B1 Aircraft Maintenance License • Must be current and type rated on the B737NG/MAX • Base maintenance experience is required • Current certifications in EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection System), Fuel Tank Safety, and Human Factors • Available for an ASAP start Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Wales, United Kingdom • Shift Pattern: 5 on / 5 off rotation • Position Type: Permanent base maintenance Compensation & Benefits: • Annual Package: £72,000 – £86,000 • 10 weeks holiday • Christmas shutdown Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can apply or request further information by sending their CV via email.
