• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Prior Authorization Team Lead (TL) for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations in Visakhapatnam (Vizag). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead, guide, and manage a team of Prior Authorization specialists - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely clearance of authorizations and adherence to turnaround time (TAT) - Resolve complex authorization escalations, handle payer disputes, and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) - Conduct performance reviews, track key metrics, and prepare management reports • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6+ years of relevant experience in US Healthcare Prior Authorization - On-paper team handling/leadership experience is mandatory - Comprehensive expertise in US insurance rules, pre-certification, and prior authorization workflows - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO) - Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh • Compensation & Benefits - Best Salary + Incentives - Cab Facility Available - Virtual Interview process - Immediate joiners preferred • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can send their updated CV via WhatsApp to the HR recruiter.
