• Role & Company / Project Overview Concepts Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to manage shop floor production lines and operations at our Verna, Goa plant. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise daily manufacturing shifts, allocate operators and labor on production lines, and meet daily production schedules. - Maintain high manufacturing quality, enforce hygiene protocols and safety regulations, and minimize line downtime. - Monitor line efficiency, track daily output logs, and resolve on-line operational bottlenecks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3 to 6 years of proven supervisory experience in shop-floor production management in the FMCG sector. - Demonstrated team handling and manufacturing operations skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time plant role based onsite in Verna Industrial Area, Goa, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary package offering professional growth in an inspiring location. • Application Instructions - Send updated CV via email or connect directly through phone or WhatsApp.
