Role & Company / Project Overview Ensure HR Solutions is conducting urgent hiring on behalf of an Indian MNC Pharma Company for the role of Territory Manager (Medical Representative) catering to the Cardio-Diabetic segment in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Promote and market pharmaceutical products within the Cardio-Diabetic portfolio. • Develop territory business, meet healthcare professionals, and achieve sales targets. • Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and pharmacy partners. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Education: B.Sc or B.Pharm graduate. • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the Cardio-Diabetic segment. • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Age limit: Not more than 32–33 years. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Vashi, Maharashtra, India. • Work Mode: Full-time field role. Compensation & Benefits • CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (based on current CTC and experience).
