### Role & Company / Project Overview DOHWA Engineering Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Bridge/Structural Engineer for upcoming bidding highway infrastructure projects in Uttar Pradesh. Project Titles: 1. IE Services for NH-19 - Varanasi Ring Road along River Ganga (Packages 1 & 2), Uttar Pradesh 2. IE Services for NH-31 - Varanasi Ring Road along River Varuna (Packages 1 & 2), Uttar Pradesh ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Undertake design, construction, and construction supervision of bridges, ROBs, flyovers, interchanges, or similar structures of 2/4/6-lane configuration or above. • Execute design work for major highway bridges, ROBs, flyovers, interchanges, and related structures. • Supervise construction operations across multiple major highway bridges, ROBs, flyovers, and interchanges. • Perform design of rehabilitation and repair works for major bridges, ROBs, flyovers, interchanges, or similar structures. • Implement modern bridge construction technologies including precast segmental balanced cantilever, extradosed, cable-stayed, suspension bridge, full-span launching, or incremental launching methods. • Lead and coordinate structural engineering assignments and supervise project execution. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering or Bridge Engineering. • Minimum 18 years of professional experience in highway/bridge projects. • Experience in design, construction, or construction supervision of bridges, ROBs, flyovers, interchanges, or similar structures of 2/4/6-lane configuration or above. • Proven experience in the design of at least 2 major highway bridges/ROBs/flyovers/interchanges or similar structures. • Proven experience in construction supervision of at least 5 major highway bridges/ROBs/flyovers/interchanges or similar structures. • Experience in the design of rehabilitation and repair of at least 1 major bridge/ROB/flyover/interchange or similar structure. • Extensive hands-on experience in modern bridge construction technologies such as precast segmental balanced cantilever, extradosed, cable-stayed, suspension bridge, full-span launching, or incremental launching. • Mandatory International Experience: Minimum 9 years of international experience in G-20 countries (excluding India) in the construction or supervision of extradosed, cable-stayed, or suspension bridge projects, serving as Team Leader (TL), Project Manager (PM), Bridge Engineer (BE), or in an equivalent position. • Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Strong technical and analytical skills - Ability to work in a team and manage stakeholders - Willingness to work on international assignments ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Job Location: Varanasi / Uttar Pradesh, India (Onsite) • Project-based infrastructure consulting assignment ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive remuneration as per industry standards for senior consultancy positions ### Application Instructions • Interested and eligible candidates are requested to submit their updated CVs via email, mentioning the position applied for in the subject line.
