Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Shroffs Foundation Trust – VIVEC is looking for a skilled and passionate CNC Trainer to join our Education & Training (E&T) team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide technical training and skill development for youth through practical, hands-on learning • Deliver hands-on demonstration, mentoring, and technical instruction on CNC machinery • Train students on CNC Turning and Milling operations, programming, machine setting, and tooling • Instruct on G-code/M-code programming, machining parameters, and quality inspection techniques • Read and explain engineering drawings and troubleshoot CNC machining operations Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or a relevant field • Experience: 2 to 5 years in CNC machining / manufacturing • Strong technical knowledge of CNC Turning/Milling, programming, machine setting, and tooling • Solid knowledge of G-code/M-code, machining parameters, and quality inspection • Proven ability to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot CNC operations • Good communication, demonstration, and mentoring skills • Passion for training and developing youth through practical learning Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: VIVEC, Paldi, Vadodara, Gujarat, India • Work Mode: Onsite Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 CTC per month Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are invited to share their CV via email.
