Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring for the position of Plant Operator in the Agrochemical Manufacturing Industry based in Nandesari, Vadodara. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Operate and monitor plant equipment and chemical processing operations. • Handle batch processing, mixing, and material charging strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates. • Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation. • Adhere strictly to safety procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and environmental guidelines. • Coordinate actively with the production and quality control teams. • Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain smooth, uninterrupted plant operations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: B.Sc. or Diploma in Chemical Engineering. • Experience: 1 to 2 Years in chemical processing/agrochemical manufacturing. • Basic knowledge of chemical processes and plant operations. • Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and safe chemical handling. • Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate operational records.
