A prominent financial services company is hiring a Branch Sales Manager (BSM) for its branch operations in Baroda / Vadodara, Gujarat. The core responsibilities include generating retail loan volume through DSA, DST, connectors, and open market sourcing networks, alongside consistently achieving monthly sales targets for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolios. Selected candidates are expected to build and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners, coordinate directly with internal credit and operations teams for seamless loan processing, resolve customer queries to guarantee timely disbursement, and execute proactive field visits and localized market activities for aggressive lead generation. Requires a mandatory Graduation degree with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HL, LAP, or mortgage sales operations. Offers a salary package up to ₹5 LPA plus performance-linked incentives.
