Role & Company / Project Overview: Opportunity with a leading manufacturer of advanced composite tooling and structures, delivering high-performance engineering solutions across Wind Energy, Aerospace, Marine, Mass Transit, and Industrial Applications. The company is seeking an experienced Design Engineer passionate about engineering design, technical documentation, and innovative product solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Author, update, and manage technical documentation, including comprehensive installation manuals and maintenance manuals. • Execute and maintain DFMEA, DFM, and Risk Assessment documents. • Manage and adhere to design document release processes: draft, review, release, and engineering revisions. • Ensure full compliance of engineering documents with ISO quality and management systems. • Independently handle direct interactions with customers regarding design requirements, technical queries, and documentation. • Utilize office productivity tools to create detailed engineering reports and presentations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience. • Hands-on experience with technical documentation (installation/maintenance manuals) is a mandatory requirement. • Practical expertise in DFMEA, DFM, and Risk Assessment. • Sound understanding of design release workflows and exposure to ISO systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Knowledge of Safe Expert software. • Basic knowledge of Solid Edge / AutoCAD software is an added advantage. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface independently with clients. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Waghodia, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. • Onsite position with transportation facility provided by the company.
