### Role & Company / Project Overview Pride Global (Russell Tobin) is looking for a skilled US Light Industrial and Non-IT Recruiter to join our expanding talent acquisition team in Vadodara. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive end-to-end recruiting efforts for US Light Industrial and Non-IT positions. - Manage MSP client accounts, ensuring timely candidate submissions and SLA compliance. - Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, and general non-technical positions. - Coordinate interview processes, handle offers, and track onboarding documentation. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1+ years of experience handling US Non-IT and Light Industrial recruitment. - Proven track record working with MSP clients. - Solid grasp of US recruitment cycles, vendor management systems, and candidate sourcing methods. - Strong negotiation and communication abilities. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India (On-site / Office-based) - Shift: US staffing shift timings ### Application Instructions - Submit your CV to apply.
