• Role & Company / Project Overview: Divine Force I India, a USA-based firm located in Vadodara, Gujarat, is recruiting a Civil Project Estimator Intern for its USA Projects division. The role focuses on quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, and material assessments for US civil engineering and construction projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Assist with quantity takeoff, material calculations, and cost estimation for civil projects. - Review blueprints, civil site plans, specifications, and architectural/structural drawings. - Help prepare cost estimates, bidding sheets, and vendor price comparisons. - Coordinate with civil coordinators and BIM engineers to ensure accurate cost forecasting. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Background or degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. - Fundamental knowledge of civil construction estimation, takeoff techniques, and drawing interpretation. - Strong numerical, analytical, and spreadsheet skills. - Detail-oriented mindset with an interest in US construction standards and practices. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Alembic City, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. - Work setting: On-site office environment. • Compensation & Benefits: - Direct exposure to international civil engineering projects across the USA. - Practical learning environment with mentorship from seasoned estimators. • Application Instructions: - Forward your updated CV/Resume to the recruitment inbox.
