### Role & Company / Project Overview Keys Select by Lemon Tree – Vadodara is recruiting a Tandoor Commi-1 for immediate joining to manage the tandoor kitchen section. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle clay oven/tandoor cooking, marination, and preparation of tandoori breads, kebabs, and appetizers. • Manage tandoor station setup, fire/heat control, and ingredient preparation. • Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. • Coordinate with other section chefs to ensure timely food order delivery. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a Commi-1 in the Tandoor section of a hotel or recognized restaurant. • Strong knowledge of tandoori marinations, bread baking, and live tandoor handling. • Immediate availability to join. • Reference: Sandeep Daga. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Opp. Banco Aluminium, Bhayli Railway Crossing, Padra Main Road, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. • Onsite, full-time hotel shifts. ### Compensation & Benefits • As per hotel industry standards. ### Application Instructions • Send your CV to the provided email address.
